Safety Leadership and Certification

At Execaire Aviation, safety remains the foundation of everything we do. In 2025, we successfully renewed our IS-BAO Stage 3 certification and ARGUS Platinum Elite rating, continuing a track record of maintaining these standards over multiple years. As the only Canadian operator to hold both IS-BAO Stage 3 certification (since 2019) and ARGUS Platinum Elite rating (since 2023), we have demonstrated sustained leadership in safety management. These designations reflect not one-time achievements, but long-term commitments, supported by continuous improvement, rigorous third-party audits, and the integration of our Safety Management System (SMS) into every aspect of daily operations.

Our robust safety management systems are designed to proactively identify and mitigate risk, ensuring the highest levels of safety for both aircraft and passengers. Through comprehensive risk assessments, proactive safety initiatives, and continuous monitoring of regulatory compliance, Execaire Aviation maintains constant vigilance in its pursuit of safety excellence. In an industry where controlled flight into terrain accounts for more than 10 percent of fatal general aviation accidents, this ongoing commitment further reinforces Execaire Aviation’s leadership in safety management within business aviation.

Flight Operations and Client Services

Throughout 2025, Execaire Aviation facilitated 4,785 total flights, accumulating 10,046 flight hours in support of our clients’ business and personal travel needs. Our operations continue to reflect the diverse requirements of the business aviation community, with international travel remaining a significant component of our services.

The Bahamas retained its position as the top international destination for Execaire Aviation clients, followed by Barbados and Turks & Caicos Islands. These destinations underscore the importance of reliable Caribbean connectivity for the Canadian business aviation market, and we remain committed to supporting these mission profiles with the highest level of service and safety.

Paint Shop Excellence

Execaire Aviation’s paint shop operations continued to deliver exceptional results in 2025. The team completed 28 newly painted aircraft, each project executed to the exacting standards our clients have come to expect. Quality, precision, and attention to detail remained paramount in every transformation we undertook.

A particularly significant milestone was reached this year when Execaire Aviation painted our 400th aircraft since the paint shop’s opening in 2008. This achievement represents seven years of consistent excellence and the trust placed in us by aircraft owners and operators across North America. Each of these 400 projects has contributed to our reputation as a premier paint facility capable of handling complex livery designs and demanding schedules.

Heavy Maintenance Operations and Milestones

The Execaire Aviation heavy maintenance division maintained a robust operational tempo throughout 2025, averaging 25 heavy maintenance events per month. This consistent workload reflects the depth of our technical capabilities and our clients’ confidence in our maintenance services.

Several notable achievements distinguished our heavy maintenance operations this year. Execaire Aviation completed our 25th Bombardier Global 120 month inspection, a testament to our specialized expertise with this aircraft type. These comprehensive inspections represent some of the most demanding maintenance events in business aviation, requiring extensive technical knowledge, precise planning, and meticulous execution.

The Execaire Aviation maintenance team achieved a record 40 calendar days of downtime on a Bombardier Global 120 month event, setting a new standard for efficiency without compromising quality and demonstrating our ability to optimize processes and deliver exceptional turnaround times when operational requirements demand it.

Engine maintenance capabilities at Execaire Aviation also reached new heights in 2025. We surpassed 100 BR710 engine changes over our operational history and performed our 100th engine change this year. This milestone reflects our growing capabilities in powerplant maintenance and our investment in the specialized tooling, training, and expertise required for these complex procedures.

Team Growth and Development

Our most valuable asset remains our people, and 2025 saw significant expansion of the team. Execaire Aviation welcomed 113 new employees across all divisions and locations, each bringing fresh perspectives, skills, and energy to our organization.

The Execaire Aviation workforce now represents a dynamic blend of experience and innovation across multiple generations. Gen X employees comprise 40% of our team, providing leadership and deep industry knowledge. Millennials represent 25% of our workforce, bringing technological fluency and evolving perspectives on aviation operations. Gen Z team members now account for 27% of Execaire Aviation employees, contributing fresh ideas and digital native capabilities that position us well for the future. Baby Boomers, representing 8% of our team, continue to provide invaluable mentorship and institutional knowledge.

This multigenerational composition strengthens Execaire Aviation’s ability to serve clients effectively, adapt to industry changes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
